Metya is an adults-only service. Protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation is a fundamental condition of using Metya, and these standards apply to every account, interaction, message, profile, upload, link, and other activity on the service.
Metya expressly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, grooms, traffics, sexualizes, or otherwise endangers anyone under 18 is not permitted.
1. Our child protection standard
People must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Metya account. An account may be restricted or closed when we have reason to believe that its user is under 18, is operating the account for a minor, or has misrepresented their age.
For this policy, CSAE means content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, sexual trafficking, and attempts to arrange or enable such activity. CSAM means visual material—including photos, video, live video, altered media, illustrations, and computer-generated imagery—that depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, as defined by applicable law.
2. Content and behavior we do not allow
A person may not use Metya to:
- create, upload, request, access, possess, store, trade, sell, distribute, or link to CSAM;
- contact or build trust with a minor for a sexual, exploitative, or abusive purpose;
- ask a minor for sexual content, sexual conversation, or an in-person sexual encounter;
- threaten, coerce, blackmail, or sextort a child;
- sexualize children through text, role-play, profiles, images, audio, video, animation, or synthetic content;
- promote, arrange, facilitate, or profit from the sexual exploitation or trafficking of a child;
- share a child's identifying or location information for harmful or exploitative purposes;
- encourage others to engage in CSAE or direct them to services where such activity occurs; or
- evade age restrictions, safety reviews, reporting tools, account restrictions, or other enforcement measures.
These prohibitions apply even when the content is described as fictional, humorous, artistic, educational, or generated or altered using technology, where it violates applicable law or sexualizes or exploits a child.
3. Reporting a concern
If you suspect CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or another child safety risk on Metya, please report it promptly. You can use either of these in-app paths:
Option 1: From a user's profile
- Go to the profile of the user you want to report.
- Tap the three-dot (…) menu at the top right of the profile.
- Tap Report.
- Select Child safety or sexual exploitation and complete the on-screen steps to send your report.
Option 2: From the My tab
- Open the My tab in Metya.
- Tap Report a Child Safety Concern.
- Select Child safety or sexual exploitation and complete the on-screen steps to send your report.
Both paths let you submit a child safety report without leaving the Metya app.
You can also email your report to pixgamming0@gmail.com for review by our designated child safety contact.
Include the relevant account name, profile, content, approximate date, and a concise description where safe and lawful. Do not download, screenshot, copy, forward, or otherwise redistribute suspected CSAM merely to submit a report.
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.
4. What Metya does after a report
We assess child safety reports and apparent violations as promptly as reasonably possible. The action taken depends on the facts, risk, and applicable legal requirements and may include:
- limiting access to or removing content;
- restricting service features;
- suspending or permanently terminating an account;
- taking reasonable steps to prevent repeated abuse;
- preserving relevant records when permitted or required by law;
- reporting apparent CSAM or child exploitation to NCMEC, another authorized reporting body, and/or competent law enforcement where required; and
- cooperating with valid legal process and child safety investigations.
Metya does not send suspected CSAM back to a reporter or knowingly redistribute it. Access to reports and associated information is limited to people or providers who need the information for safety review, enforcement, investigation, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.
5. Prevention and legal compliance
Metya maintains measures appropriate to its service to deter, identify, and respond to child safety risks. These may include adult-only access rules, user reporting, account and content review, safety signals, moderation, feature restrictions, and action against repeat violations.
We follow applicable child protection, mandatory reporting, evidence-preservation, privacy, and data protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. We review these standards and our safety practices as risks, laws, and the service evolve.
